This is a fantastic opportunity to help students succeed through evidence-based behavioral support while collaborating with educators, families, and school staff.

Location: Redmond, WA

Position: School-Based BCBA

Openings: 2

Schedule: 30 Hours per Week

Contract Length: 42 Weeks

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Setting: School-Based

?? What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families.

Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral strategies as needed.

Support positive learning environments through evidence-based interventions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help students reach their full potential.

? Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

ESA Certification required.

School-based behavioral experience preferred.

Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred.

Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention planning.

Local Pay Rate: $60/hour

Consistent 30-hour work week

Minimum Requirements:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
